Small cage for guinea pigs while camping?

im going camping in about 1 week! I have a HUGGGEEE C&C cage made for my 2 guineapigs! But the cage wont fit in my trailer!can i have them in a smaller cage if i play with them often?

1. yes but its best to leave them behind and have someone check up on them by cleaning them out and giving them food and water
2. Yes, of course! They won't mind being in a small cage for a couple of days so long as they still get tons of attention.
